DEJA VU 2011 Recital Ticket Lottery Rules & Info
1. Tuition payments must be up to date for the full season (Payments 1 – 9)
May 1st payment must be made in order to purchase Recital & Senior Showcase tickets.
2. Payment is due in full for any tickets purchased
3. Ticket purchase times were drawn by lottery on Saturday, April 2nd
4. Each family should arrive a few minutes early. We will not wait for late arrivals. If a family does
s how up late to purchase tickets they will be able to choose their seats when they arrive, but
never earlier than their designated time. No exceptions.
5. Medway Dance Authority Staff, 2011 Graduates, Scholarship Winners & Assistants purchase
tickets first at an earlier date
6. If you cannot come to select tickets or prefer for us to select your seats, you must turn in the
absentee form by April 25th with your payment for the tickets
7. Children ages 2 & under may sit on a parent’s lap. Any child needing a seat must purchase a
ticket.
8. Preschoolers are released at intermission and will receive a ticket to watch the 2nd half the
show. Backstage Moms of Preschoolers will also receive a seat for after intermission.
9. There are absolutely No Returns or Exchanges of Tickets
10. Each family is limited to 6 tickets for the recital. If you need extra tickets you must contact us
by April 25th to be put on a list..We generally can accommodate everyone’s requests and will
let you know as soon as we can.
